Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, courteous service.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately.
- Set up and clear dining tables.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food service.
- Ensure guest requirements are attended to promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Handle guest queries and requests professionally.
- Maintain proper service standards and presentation.
- Assist with basic F&B setup and closing duties.
- Report guest feedback or service issues to the supervisor/manager.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/F&B Associate in a hotel, resort, restaurant, villa, or boutique property preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Customer-focused and courteous attitude.
- Honest, hardworking, and reliable.
- Willingness to work in a live-in hospitality environment.
