We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Zoho CRM Developer, you will be responsible for the customization, integration, and implementation of Zoho CRM solutions to meet business needs and improve CRM workflows. You will work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy custom Zoho CRM applications that optimize our sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Zoho CRM platform, including its customization, integration, automation, and reporting features.
Zoho CRM Integration:
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications, APIs, and external systems (such as ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
- Work with REST APIs to build custom integrations between Zoho CRM and other software platforms.
Develop and maintain seamless data synchronization between Zoho CRM and other tools in the ecosystem.

User Training & Support:
- Provide training and support to users on best practices and advanced features of Zoho CRM.
- Create user documentation and help guides to assist users in navigating Zoho CRM.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM functionality.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with the latest Zoho CRM features, updates, and best practices.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in current CRM processes and recommend optimizations.
- Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in developing, customizing, and managing Zoho CRM for customers.
- Experience with Zoho's Deluge scripting, custom functions, and workflows.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM's API integration capabilities and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience in data migration and integration of Zoho CRM with third-party tools such as ERP, marketing automation systems, and other SaaS platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Deluge scripting and understanding of Zoho CRM APIs.
- Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Campaigns.
- Strong understanding of database management and data migration strategies.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing CRM interfaces.
- CRM Management Skills: Strong understanding of CRM workflows, modules (Leads, Contacts, Deals, etc.), and sales process optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Zoho CRM Certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Zoho Desk for customer support integration.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory for end-to-end business management.
- Experience with Zoho Flow (for automation) and Zoho Analytics (for reporting).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
