As part of our Global HR team, you will play a key role in enabling our organisation through high-quality HR processes, reliable people data, and effective digital HR solutions. The role is based at our Shared Service Center in Kochi, Kerala, India.
Your Role: Driving Global HR Operations & Data Excellence
As HR Coordinator, you will be part of our global HR function, supporting managers, employees, and HR colleagues across the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring high-quality HR data and supporting our global HR systems, enabling our business to make informed decisions based on reliable people data.
You will act as one of the first points of contact for HR system-related questions, helping users navigate our digital HR landscape while continuously improving processes and ways of working. You will also work proactively to monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with local HR teams and system administrators to ensure our global HR information remains accurate and up to date.
As our HR function continues to evolve, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and the implementation of new ways of working.
As HR Coordinator, you will:
Maintain high-quality employee data across our global HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Support managers, employees, and HR colleagues with questions related to HR systems, processes, and policies.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and helping others. You are service-minded and proactive, with a genuine interest in both people and technology. You appreciate the importance of accurate data and understand how strong HR processes contribute to business success.
