Job Description:
Fresh Pet Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR Executive for our Haridwar location. Candidates from the manufacturing industry with strong knowledge of labour handling, HR operations, and statutory compliances will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing labour and workforce operations
- Handling legal and HR compliances
- Coordination with contractors and labour teams
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Managing day-to-day HR and administrative activities
- Ensuring smooth employee coordination and operational support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory/preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
