Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare various business documents, forms, letters, reports, applications, and correspondence.
- Create, edit, and proofread content with high attention to grammar, clarity, and accuracy.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and internal databases.
- Conduct basic research and compile information for reports and documentation.
- Assist management with administrative and backend operational tasks.
- Review documents for completeness, consistency, and compliance with required formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and prepare required documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, English, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance, particularly in English, Mathematics, and Economics.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
