Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of Data & Analytics Products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building data-driven products, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering business impact through analytics and reporting solutions. Experience in the US Healthcare domain is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics products.
- Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions and actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, data science, and business stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Develop reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making.
- Prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives within timelines and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- Strong experience building and scaling Data, Reporting, Analytics, or Business Intelligence products.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into impactful product solutions.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the US Healthcare domain.
- Knowledge of healthcare data, payer/provider systems, healthcare analytics, or healthcare technology platforms.
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics and data platforms.
