- Examine and assess patients in emergency conditions.
- Provide immediate treatment for trauma, accidents, cardiac emergencies, poisoning, burns, stroke, and other critical conditions.
- Stabilize critically ill patients before admission or referral.
- Prescribe medicines and investigations appropriately.
- Interpret ECG, X-ray, lab reports, and emergency investigations.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialty departments for further management.
- Monitor patient progress in the emergency room.
- Ensure timely admission, discharge, or referral.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and emergency notes.
- Inform patient attenders regarding patient condition and treatment plan.
- Work closely with nurses, paramedics, and ambulance staff.
- Coordinate during mass casualty incidents and disaster management situations.
- Ensure smooth handover during shift changes.
- Follow hospital protocols, NABH standards, and infection control policies.
- Maintain emergency equipment and crash cart readiness.
- Participate in clinical audits and emergency drills.
- Prepare medico-legal case (MLC) documentation when required.
Qualifications: Diploma / MD / DNB in:
- Emergency Medicine
- General Medicine
- Anaesthesia
- Critical Care
Experience
- Fresh MBBS graduates
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Emergency Department
- ICU
- Trauma Care
- Casualty Department is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
