Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-driven Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record of managing retail operations independently. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, achieving sales targets, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the retail store independently.
- Drive store sales and consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure a premium shopping experience for every customer by maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and productivity.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
- Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for timely stock availability.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
- Handle billing operations, cash management, daily sales reports, and store documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze sales reports, customer buying trends, and business performance to improve store profitability.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor store expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with management regarding store performance, staffing requirements, and operational improvements.

- Experience in ethnic wear, sarees, fashion, apparel, jewellery, or luxury retail will be preferred.
- Experience handling teams of 5–20 employees.
