*Urgent Hiring For Tellcalller
Location: - A-28 second floor canara bank buliding opp GTK bus depot
Qualification: 12th Pass + graduation
Salary: ₹15000 to 20000
Experience: 1 to 3 year Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries
- Explain products or services clearly and effectively
- Generate sales leads or close sales (depending on role)
- Maintain a record of calls and customer details
- Follow up with customers for feedback or further communication
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targe
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office)
- Active listening skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
