Looking for a Software Engineer to join our Global Support team. This role is key to ensuring our customers maximize the value of Infor’s solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert for Infor’s industry-specific enterprise software.

Maintain, enhance, and optimize client-server applications built using PowerBuilder and SQL Server.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional specifications and Detailed Designs (DD).
- Develop, test, and implement application enhancements while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex application and database issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, QA, and Support, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support business requirements.
- Provide technical support for critical production systems, ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain development standards and best practices.

1 - 3 yrs experience with skills PowerBuilder and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Sybase ).
- Problem solving experience, being able to dissect technical problems and translate findings to non-technical users.
- Experience with enterprise software in areas like Finance, HCM is a plus.
- Experience thriving in a global team environment with minimal supervision.
