Position: Presales Executive
Experience Required: 2+ years in Presales or Business Development
Job Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Presales Executive to support our sales process by understanding client requirements, presenting suitable software solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Explain and present the company's software products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and online meetings with prospective clients.
- Identify customer pain points and suggest suitable solutions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other presales documents.
- Respond to customer queries and provide product-related information.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Product teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and support the sales team throughout the conversion process.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in Presales, Business Development, Customer Support, or Software Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical or software solutions in a simple manner.
- Basic understanding of software products and business processes.
- Ability to conduct professional product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
