Key Responsibilities
1. Receptionist Duties
* Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
* Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
* Schedule appointments and meetings.
* Handle general administrative and office support tasks.
2. Project Preparation & Coordination
* Prepare and organize project documents, reports, and presentations.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
* Maintain project records and track progress.
* Assist in data collection, documentation, and project-related communications.
* Ensure all project files are properly managed and updated.
3. Marketing Responsibilities
* Promote company products and services through various marketing activities.
* Communicate with potential and existing customers.
* Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns.
* Support social media and digital marketing efforts.
* Conduct market research and generate leads.
* Help achieve business growth and customer engagement goals.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, power point ,word, excel, adv excel,photoshop,editing ,coral draw,Email, Internet).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Marketing or customer service experience is preferred.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* 1 year experienced candidates may apply.
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
