Job Summary
Antilla Estate Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition. Candidates with prior Real Estate experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
* Conduct client meetings, site visit coordination, and property presentations.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and deal closure.
* Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
* Real Estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
