Position: HOD cum In-Charge (Management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Leadership
- Lead and supervise all academic activities of the Management Department.
- Teaching & Subject Delivery
Deliver lectures in Management subjects and ensure effective classroom engagement.
- Department Administration
Manage departmental operations, faculty coordination, timetable planning, and workload distribution.Ensure proper lesson planning, syllabus completion, academic calendar implementation, and quality teaching standards.Guide students academically, conduct mentoring sessions, and monitor performance through assessments.Maintain departmental records and coordinate with university/regulatory bodies for inspections and compliance.Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: MBA / PhD in Management
- Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of teaching and academic administration experience
- Age: 30–45 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on experience & interview performance)
