Job description:
Hiring: Accountant
We are a furniture manufacturing company looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, taxation, and compliance in our Verla office.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: 5+ years (preferred in manufacturing industry)
Salary: starting at 25k depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* GST filings, returns & reconciliation
* TDS calculations, payments & returns
* Income Tax preparation & compliance
* Maintain books of accounts & financial records
* Handle payroll in collaboration with HR department
* Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual reports, cash flow analysis and forecasts
* Bank reconciliation & ledger scrutiny
* Coordinate with auditors
* Manage invoicing, billing & vendor payments in collaboration with purchase department
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
* Expert in Tally
* Expert in Payroll
* Good knowledge of MS Excel
* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail
* Must own a vehicle with a valid driving licence
