Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with a minimum of 2 years of experience and fluency in Kannada. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers regarding leads, appointments, and service updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and follow-up targets.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
- Fluency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
