CLM Specialist
OLX India is looking for a highly motivated Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives across our Buyer and Seller ecosystem. The role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, CRM automation, data analytics, and personalized customer journeys to improve customer retention, platform engagement, and revenue growth.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue through all channels, using data-driven insights.
- Identify segment customer needs to optimize journeys and deliver impactful experiences across the Buyer & Seller funnels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Track and analyze key CRM metrics such as retention %, open rate, CTR, conversion rate and customer LTV to refine strategies.
- Manage and optimize loyalty programs, utilizing A/B tests to continuously enhance campaign quality and effectiveness.
- Create and manage events within CleverTap/Moengage to support targeted and personalized campaign execution.
- Develop and automate customer journeys across channels.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with data privacy standards to protect customer information.
- Report on CRM performance via dashboards, using insights to adapt and innovate CRM approaches.
- Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve the CRM and retention strategies.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle Management or Retention Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Experience in designing and executing automated customer journeys and trigger-based campaigns.
