Job Summary
Catalyst Education is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive student enrollments, expand business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong EdTech sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and drive student admissions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Conduct counseling sessions, presentations, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
- Follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and CRM.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates.
- Identify new markets and develop strategies for business expansion.
- Represent Catalyst Education at educational events, seminars, and career fairs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
