Claim Manager – Required Profile
We need a Claim Manager who can take the entire Claims Department forward.
Key Requirements
People-management skills
Should be capable of managing people and teams effectively.
Must be able to delegate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of work.
Should be able to guide team members such as Girish and assign them specific tasks, including visiting the Head Office or coordinating with relevant persons to complete pending matters.
Strong drafting and communication skills
Must be able to draft professional and effective emails.
Should be good at preparing letters and claim-related communications.
A person with legal knowledge or experience in legal drafting would be preferred.
Should know how to use appropriate words and facts to strengthen a case or claim.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
