Position Summary
The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving our sales momentum. This position is split into two core responsibilities:
Sales Team Coordination & Support (50%)
· Daily Alignment: Act as the central point of contact for the field sales team, assisting them with scheduling, order processing, and client updates.
· Target Tracking: Monitor individual and team sales targets weekly/monthly; maintain dashboards and compile sales reports for management review.
· Quotation & Proposal Management: Prepare, format, and dispatch accurate technical and commercial quotations (for lifting slings, shackles, lashing belts, etc.) based on inputs from the sales team.
· CRM Management: Ensure the CRM database is meticulously updated with accurate client interactions, deal stages, and sales forecasts.
· Order Processing Liaison: Coordinate with the inventory, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods, keeping the sales team and clients informed of any delays.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building (50%)
· Market Research: Identify potential B2B clients in targeted industries (e.g., shipping, logistics, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas).
· Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce Global Lashing’s product portfolio to procurement and operations managers.
· Lead Qualification: Screen incoming inquiries and cold leads to assess their potential before handing them over to the field sales team.
· Database Expansion: Maintain and expand a clean database of prospects and decision-makers.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
