Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth communication with clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good command of English, and basic experience in software sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare and send professional emails, proposals, and quotations to clients
- Handle client communication and ensure timely responses to queries
- Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and reports
- Track sales orders, payments, and delivery status
- Assist in lead follow-ups and client engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes
Requirements:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales coordination or software sales
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and email writing skills
- Basic understanding of software/IT sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM/ERP tools
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
