Experience: 10-15 years
Objective of the role:
To plan, schedule, monitor, and control production activities to ensure timely delivery of customer orders, optimum utilization of resources, inventory control, and smooth coordination between production, purchase, stores, and dispatch departments.
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans as per sales orders and forecast
- Ensure on-time production and dispatch of orders
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch teams
- Monitor material availability and raise indents as per production plan
- Track production progress vs plan and take corrective actions
- Control WIP, FG, and RM inventory levels
- Maintain production MIS, reports, and dashboards
- Ensure capacity planning and line balancing
- Follow up on pending jobs, shortages, and bottlenecks
- Support new product planning, trials, and changeovers
- Support cost control and productivity improvement initiatives
- Assist in
- ERP/MRP data accuracy and system updates
- Participate in internal audits, ISO, and process improvement activities
- Coordinate with vendors for outsourced production if required
- Support continuous improvement (Kaizen / Lean / 5S) activities
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
