Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Meet with prospective clients and present products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
