Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store In-charge with 5–7 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry to oversee inventory management, material receipts and issues, stock control, and store operations at construction project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Highrise ERP, inventory tracking, construction material management, and Mivan material handling.
The role requires strong coordination with project, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure timely material availability and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily receipt and issue of construction materials through Highrise ERP.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ERP entries.
- Monitor daily stock levels of construction materials and consumables.
- Conduct weekly physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
- Track material wastage and maintain photographic documentation.
- Issue materials as per approved project plans, ERP indents, and site requirements.
- Generate material indents based on project schedules and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the purchase department regarding defective, damaged, or non-conforming materials.
- Follow up with vendors for deliveries, replacements, and pending materials.
- Maintain detailed records of Mivan shuttering materials and related accessories.
- Ensure proper storage, preservation, and handling of materials.
- Prepare stock reports, inventory reports, material consumption reports, and stock movement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and site store procedures.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth execution of site activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Store In-charge, Store Officer, Inventory Controller, Warehouse Executive, or Material Controller in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proven experience in construction material management and site store operations.
- Experience handling Mivan materials will be preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Highrise ERP.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Expertise in stock control, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation.
- Knowledge of construction materials, site logistics, and Mivan systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Vendor coordination and follow-up capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site store activities efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects.
- Knowledge of material planning and procurement coordination.
- Understanding of construction project workflows and inventory controls.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
