Role Overview
Consultant / Full-Time MD Dermatologist Dermatology, Aesthetics & Regenerative Skin Health Elixir Wellness Elixir Wellness is looking for an experienced MD Dermatologist to lead dermatology and advanced aesthetic consultations and treatments. The role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent aesthetic sensibility, high standards of patient communication, and the ability to recommend appropriate treatment plans without over-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dermatology, skin, hair and aesthetic consultations
- Diagnose and manage common dermatological and hair/scalp concerns within the clinic’s scope
- Develop personalised, evidence-led treatment plans combining medical dermatology, aesthetic procedures and appropriate home care.
- Perform procedures within the doctor’s qualifications and Elixir protocols, including Botox, fillers, skin boosters/biostimulators, PRP/GFC, regenerative injectables, chemical peels and other physician-led aesthetic treatments.
- Assess patients and establish appropriate parameters and protocols for energy-based treatments including lasers, RF microneedling, HIFU and other advanced devices, where applicable.
- Manage complications, adverse reactions and post-procedure concerns promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation, photography, consent and follow-up protocols.
- Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with Elixir SOPs, medical ethics and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with technicians and the wider clinical team to ensure treatment quality, safety and consistency.
- Review technician-led treatments where medical oversight is required.
- Build long-term patient relationships through strong outcomes, follow-ups and continuity of care.
- Participate in clinical training, protocol development, case discussions and regular audits.
- Stay updated on developments in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, regenerative skin treatments and device-based technologies. Support educational and content initiatives where required, while maintaining appropriate medical and ethical standards.
Candidate Requirements MBBS + MD/DNB Dermatology from a recognised institution. Valid medical registration and all registrations/licences required to practise. Preferably 3+ years of post-qualification clinical experience, with meaningful exposure to aesthetic dermatology. Strong hands-on experience with injectables and advanced aesthetic procedures preferred. Comfortable working with lasers and energy-based devices. Excellent consultation, counselling and communication skills. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient selection, contraindications and complication management. Patient-first approach with a focus on appropriate treatment rather than aggressive selling. Comfortable working in a premium, protocol-driven healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate should be able to look beyond a single procedure and build thoughtful, staged treatment plans based on the patient’s skin, goals, medical history and long-term outcomes. At Elixir, the doctor is expected to function as a trusted medical advisor, not simply a treatment provider.
Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
