Job Responsibilities for Sales Executives:
. Focuses on greeting customers, product demonstrations, and closing sales in a store setting.
. Key skills include product knowledge of Varieties of wood, Hardwood, Softwood, and also explaining our manufacturing of wooden products.
. Understand customer needs and educate them with right and appropriate solutions.
. Provide detailed information about products, features, and pricing quotations.
. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current business trends and store offerings.
. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
. Assist with inventory management and product displays.
. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Education Qualification & Requirements:
. Candidates with any degree background are acceptable(Civil engineers & construction based work experiences are mostly
. 0 to 4 years of experience in the B2C field sales (freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply).
. For experienced candidates, experience in any building materials or construction industry is mandatory.
. Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits for Marketing executives.
. Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
