Experience required: 3 to 5 yrs as IT/desktop support (hardware, software & networking)
Job location: Zirakpur (punjab)
Role: Technical Support Executive will resolve/troubleshoot issues related to printer support, router, Windows & mac support remotely through remote access tools like Any desk, Ultra viewer & TeamViewer for our US & Canadian customers.
Includes:
- routers & networking troubleshoot & installation
- printer troubleshooting & installation
- Windows/Mac support
- Basic remote assistance for hardware , software & networking
Required skills:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Strong knowledge of Printers, routers, windows & Mac
3. Good knowledge of remote access tools like anydesk, teamviewer & ultraviewer
Night Shift: Monday to Friday 9pm to 6am
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
