Position Overview
We are looking for motivated candidates who can develop high-quality academic content and execute research-based projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing abilities, research skills, critical thinking, and the ability to handle multiple academic assignments while maintaining quality standards and deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Content Development
- Prepare assignments, reports, dissertations, and research projects.
- Develop case studies, reflective essays, literature reviews, and business reports.
- Create academic content based on client requirements and university guidelines.
- Ensure proper implementation of referencing styles such as APA, Harvard, MLA, and Chicago.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation.
- Develop research methodologies, findings, and conclusions.
- Review academic journals, articles, and scholarly sources.
Project & Presentation Development
- Create PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) and academic posters.
- Prepare project documentation and supporting materials.
- Develop business models, strategic analyses, and research frameworks.
- Support dissertation and thesis development activities.
Quality Assurance
- Deliver plagiarism-free and original content.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and academic integrity.
- Complete revisions and modifications based on feedback.
- Meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, MBA, BBA, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Marketing, HRM, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong academic writing and research skills.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
