Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT English Teacher to inspire students and foster a love for the English language. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
* Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
* Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication through interactive classroom activities.
* Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress through regular tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
* Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their language proficiency.
* Maintain discipline and ensure a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
* Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and other teaching resources.
* Organize and participate in literary activities such as debates, elocutions, storytelling, creative writing competitions, and English club events.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and overall development.
* Attend staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school events as required.
* Maintain accurate academic records and complete all documentation on time.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field.
* B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
* Strong command of English grammar, literature, and spoken English.
