Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, machinery, and services.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for industrial construction requirements.
- Conduct price negotiations and finalize purchase orders ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and store departments for material planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Ensure quality compliance of purchased materials as per project specifications.
- Track and follow up on deliveries to avoid project delays.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance periodically.
- Handle rate contracts and long-term agreements with key suppliers.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all purchase transactions.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Engineering / Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement within industrial or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor market, and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel .
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
