Job Summary
The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalized service, resolving guest concerns promptly, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience throughout the stay.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP requirements effectively.
- Coordinate with all departments to deliver excellent guest service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain resort service standards and brand image.
- Train and mentor the Guest Relations team.
- Prepare guest feedback reports and drive corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 5–10 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Luxury Hospitality.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and guest service orientation.
- Proficiency in Hotel PMS and MS Office is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
