Role Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and self-motivated Outreach Intern to support our field outreach and community engagement activities. This role involves connecting with communities, NGOs, and stakeholders, supporting communication efforts, and maintaining outreach records. It is ideal for students and graduates passionate about social work and community development.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporate organisations for collaboration opportunities
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with institutional and community partners
Draft and send emails, follow-ups, partnership communication, and outreach messages
Support the planning and execution of outreach drives, campaigns, and awareness initiatives
Coordinate with external stakeholders for meetings, tie-ups, and campaign participation
Assist in volunteer and intern coordination during outreach activities and events
Work closely with the events, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain records and documentation related to outreach activities, partnerships, and follow-ups
- Represent the organisation professionally during field visits, meetings, and events
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed BSW / MSW or a degree/diploma in Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Final-year students are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of professional communication
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
