Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies
- Promote and sell construction equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, concrete mixers, etc.)
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Coordinate with service and logistics team for timely delivery
- Collect payments as per company policy
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit to reporting manager
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate
- 1–3 years experience in field sales (Construction equipment / Automobile / Industrial products preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
