Job Description
Kriya Industrial Automation is looking for an experienced PLC Programmer to join our automation engineering team.
The candidate should have practical hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI, VFD, servo systems, machine automation, troubleshooting, and commissioning. This position is suitable for candidates who have already worked on industrial automation projects and can independently handle PLC programming and troubleshooting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation and machine automation systems.
- Work with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley, or similar.
- Develop and configure HMI screens for machine operation and monitoring.
- Integrate PLCs with sensors, motors, VFDs, servo drives, and other field devices.
- Perform PLC testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Read and understand electrical control-panel drawings and I/O wiring.
- Commission automation systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot machine automation and control-system issues.
- Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and automation teams during project execution.
- Support automation projects from programming through installation and commissioning.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Practical experience with PLC programming software.
- Knowledge of HMI, VFD, servo drives, sensors, and industrial communication.
- Ability to read electrical and control-panel drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in machine automation and industrial control systems.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning.
Eligibility
- Only experienced candidates will be considered.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in PLC programming/industrial automation.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics preferred.
- Candidates should have practical project experience in industrial automation.
Salary
₹27,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
