About the Role
Luminano Solutions Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and organized CRM Operator to manage customer onboarding, and partner platform activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple web portals, handling customer data accurately, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Delivery Partner Onboarding and complete the registration process.
- Manage the Ridoji CRM Panel by updating customer records, rider details, and operational data.
- Operate the Pidge Panel for onboarding, order management, and account updates.
- Complete customer and rider onboarding documentation accurately.
- Create and manage DigiLocker accounts for customers and delivery partners.
- Verify KYC documents and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM databases regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding and operational issues.
- Monitor onboarding status and follow up on pending applications.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on onboarding and CRM activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality standards.
- Provide basic support to customers regarding onboarding and account-related queries.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of CRM software and web-based portals.
- Basic understanding of KYC verification and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fast typing and data entry skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with good computer knowledge can apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM operations, customer support, or onboarding is an added advantage.
