The Junior Psychologist will support psychological assessment, counseling, and career guidance initiatives. The role involves conducting psychometric evaluations, providing one-on-one counseling, delivering orientation sessions, and making presentations to students, parents, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct orientation sessions for students, parents, teachers, and educational institutions regarding assessment and counseling programs.
- Administer and coordinate psychometric assessments and psychological evaluations.
- Analyze assessment results and prepare detailed reports with appropriate recommendations.
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for students related to career planning, academic concerns, personal development, and decision-making.
- Interpret psychometric test results and explain findings to students and parents.
- Deliver presentations, seminars, and workshops on career guidance, mental well-being, personality development, and educational planning.
- Assist in career counseling and stream selection programs.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, counseling sessions, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders for the implementation of assessment and counseling programs.
- Support senior psychologists in research, program development, and intervention activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in all professional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc. Psychology preferred).
- Knowledge of psychometric assessments and psychological testing.
- Understanding of counseling techniques and psychological principles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and interpret assessment data.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
