We are seeking a highly organized and approachable Office Admini to manage our daily institutional operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, overseeing clerical duties, managing records, coordinating with staff and students, and acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensure a professional environment, and maintain front-desk reception.
- Manage institutional correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and official notices across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update confidential student/staff databases, files, and physical/digital records.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule institutional meetings, and help organize campus events, seminars, or workshops.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, fee tracking, and reporting when necessary.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Freshers can also apply.
- computer proficiency. (Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
