About the role:
This role is central to accelerating the organisation's automation journey and ensuring successful adoption across functions through end-to-end solution design. The Business Analyst serves as the single point of accountability for IT projects — bridging business teams, technical stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and compliant automation solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and support functional teams in creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that capture workflows, decision points, exception scenarios, and edge cases.
Translate business requirements into structured technical requirements and end-to-end process flows suitable for development.
Design robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications aligned with functional specifications, workflow requirements, and system integration needs.
Prioritise friction-free user experience as a core design principle in every solution.
Maintain the integrity of the overall IT architecture by creating synergy across connected digital solutions.
Act as the single point of accountability for IT projects, owning end-to-end planning, design, and delivery.
- Development & Platform Management
Oversee development efforts carried out by internal IT teams or external vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Manage configuration and solution design on low-code/no-code platforms, with primary expertise in Zoho Creator.
Enforce adherence to development best practices, documentation standards, data security requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct and oversee unit testing, system integration testing, and regression testing to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity.
Coordinate and support end-user departments in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate real-world usability.
Capture post-testing feedback and oversee all corrections, optimisations, and enhancements before go-live.
- Deployment & Change Management
Ensure smooth application deployment and go-live with minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including user guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation.
Design and facilitate user training, adoption support initiatives, and change management activities to embed new solutions effectively.
- Continuous Improvement & Support
Monitor deployed applications for performance stability, functional accuracy, and user experience quality.
Implement enhancements and resolve issues based on post-implementation feedback and usage analytics.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption across the organisation, driving measurable value from automation investments.
Required Education & Experience:
- BTech/ BCA/ MCA (Preferably IT / CSE/related fields) with atleast 01 Year experience as business analyst / configuration specialist/ Automation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Acumen Strong command of low-code/no-code platforms (Zoho Creator) for solution design and platform configuration. Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications is an added advantage.
- Business Process Understanding: Ability to understand business requirements and workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate processes into digital architectures aligned with LCNC platform capabilities.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Skilled in planning, prioritising, and coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Quality & Testing Oversight: Ensures robust application design, comprehensive testing, and validated performance standards prior to deployment.
- Change Management & Communication: Drives user adoption through clear communication, user training, thorough documentation, and post-deployment monitoring with corrective action.
