About the Role
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for approaching commercial businesses, explaining our AI workplace video data collection project, onboarding participating businesses, and coordinating the recording process.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential commercial businesses.
- Present and explain the AI workplace recording project.
- Build relationships with business owners and obtain participation approvals.
- Coordinate project execution with participating businesses.
- Maintain daily visit reports and follow up with prospects.
- Achieve assigned onboarding and business development targets.
Eligibility
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client interaction.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Must own a smartphone and be willing to travel within the city.
