Functional Responsibilities:
- Supervise and facilitate the following for Media Planning, Buying & Operations:
- Media Planning, media buying
- Reporting
- Media Optimization
- Performance marketing
- Platform mgmt
- Audience strategy
· Drive media management and account operations for the following platforms:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search)
- Google Ads (YouTube)
- Snap Ads Manager
- Twitter Ads Manager
- Pinterest Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Hulu Ads Manager, DV360
· Contribute to campaign building before campaign launch via:
- Working with various platforms’ support teams to provide adequate campaign details
- Drive and practice consistent nomenclature norms for Datorama
- Quality assurance before campaign launch and including brand safety exclusions while campaign setup
- Drive post-launch campaign optimization via:
- Bi-weekly and weekly reporting on platforms and datorama
- Budget pacing & creative swaps basis creative and channel performance monitoring
- Optimization implementation based on inputs from PBNA Media and/or RTO
- Assist PBNA Media team with digital strategic and innovative plan development, implementation, stewardship and analyses of paid digital media activities across multiple platforms including display, mobile, social and SEM
- Provide mentorship to the digital media teams, and manage internal training and career development plans to raise their level of digital skillsets and provide them with growth opportunities.

- A senior-level Ad-professional preferably from a big agency background such as Mindshare, Publicis etc.
- 7+ Years of experience in consistently running media campaigns, digital account ownership and management
- Education: Graduation, MBA in Marketing / Digital preferred
- Launguage: English Fluent
- Can synthesize multiple, disparate media data sources into compelling campaign growth strategies.
- Strong collaborator; Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets or brands; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working
- Proven analytical skills and good knowledge of analytics tools such as Datorama, GA, Adobe, Omniture
- Deep Understanding of Digital Ecosystem and Strategies in North America
- Datorama / SFMC Certifications will be preferred
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; including ability to write complex formulas
