About the Role
We're building next-gen AI-native platforms for BFSI — combining GenAI, agentic systems, and human-in-the-loop intelligence for 30+ enterprise clients across India and the US. As Tech Lead, you'll own the design, architecture, and delivery of AI-first platforms powering mission-critical workflows for NBFCs and banks. This is a hands-on role — architect, code, mentor, and ship at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable architectures for AI platforms, microservices, and data pipelines
- Lead development of LLM-powered services, AI agents, and document processing pipelines (OCR/extraction)
- Integrate GenAI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into production workflows
- Lead and mentor a team of backend/full-stack engineers
- Own modules end-to-end: design → build → deploy → monitor
Requirements
- 5–8 years in backend/full-stack/AI engineering; prior Senior Engineer or Tech Lead experience
- Strong skills in Python / Node.js / TypeScript, microservices, API design, AWS/GCP
- Experience with LLM-based systems, AI agents, LangChain, prompt engineering, embeddings
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring tools
Good to Have
- BFSI/fintech experience, fraud detection or underwriting exposure
- Prior work on agentic AI or workflow automation
