Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead design development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure seamless execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, design presentations, and innovative solutions aligned with client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent
- Assist in material selection, design detailing, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks
Skills & Software Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with rendering tools such as D5, Enscape
- Knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D will be an added advantage
- Strong design sensibility with technical detailing capabilities
- Good coordination, communication, and project management skills

Compensation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
