- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements
- Prepare Job Cards (RO) with accurate problem descriptions
- Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and estimate repair cost & time
- Explain service details, cost estimates, and timelines to customers
- Obtain customer approval before starting work
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per committed schedule
- Maintain regular follow-up and update customers on repair status
- Handle warranty claims and documentation
- Upsell value-added services, AMC, spare parts, and accessories
- Manage customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain service records, invoices, and MIS reports
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
