Requirements
What You'll Do
- Drive the product strategy and growth roadmap for Vibrating Products
- Lead product localization and cost optimization initiatives
- Develop market positioning, pricing, and competitive strategies
- Support sales teams with applications, proposals, and technical solutions
- Collaborate with global product management, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Identify new market opportunities and drive profitable business growth
- Deliver product training and support marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or Business Development of industrial equipment
- Strong knowledge of vibrating feeders, conveyors, screening equipment, material handling systems, or bulk solids processing equipment
- Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with multinational organizations and global teams
- Willingness to travel as required
