We are looking for a Presales Engineer - Networking with experience in designing enterprise networking solutions and supporting customers throughout the presales lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-grade network solutions aligned with customer business and operational requirements.
- Conduct technical discussions, requirement gathering, solution sizing, and infrastructure assessments.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Bill of Materials (BoM), and technical solution documentation.
- Provide technical consultancy and support during pre-sales, implementation, migration, and post-sales phases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, OEMs, and customers to deliver optimized and cost-effective solutions.
- Design and recommend secure, scalable, and resilient network architectures for campus, branch, and data center environments.
- Participate in technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer workshops.
- Support troubleshooting, RCA preparation, and performance optimization for enterprise environments.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong networking background with excellent understanding of enterprise networking concepts and architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies from leading OEMs such as Cisco Systems, Aruba Networks, Juniper Networks, and Fortinet.
- Strong understanding of networking topologies, routing, switching, and network protocols.
- Good knowledge of network security technologies including firewall, NAC, VPN, segmentation, and threat protection solutions.
- Experience with network, infrastructure, and application monitoring tools.
- Understanding of Data Centre networking environments, virtualization, hosted deployments, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and customer presentations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Graduate in related tech domain
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per month
