About the Role
White Eudicots is looking for an experienced and confident Tele Sales Executive who can communicate effectively with students, institutes, and clients over calls. The candidate should have strong sales skills, professional communication in both English and Hindi, and the ability to convert leads into successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Explain company services and offerings clearly to potential clients
- Convert leads into onboarding through effective communication and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with students, institute, and clients
- Maintain proper follow-up records and customer data
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the counseling and management team when required
- Resolve customer queries in a polite and convincing manner
- Maintain a positive and energetic approach during conversations
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
- Confident speaking and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software, etc.)
- Positive attitude and team coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Education Sales / Counseling / Customer Handling
- Experience in education, admission consulting, or service sales will be an added advantage
