About the Role:
This role entails devising and executing integrated marketing strategies with a strong focus on Brand Management, Content Marketing, Events and Activations, and Communications (Internal and External). The position offers ample opportunity to build and elevate a legacy brand in Bangalore while driving measurable business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Translate brand strategy into actionable plans, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
● Strengthen brand identity and positioning across online and offline channels for the salon and clinic division.
● Lead ATL, BTL, Customer Research, Content & Creatives, and Social Media initiatives.
● Manage internal teams, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
● Elevate business growth through measurable results, focusing on both growth and brand health metrics.
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
● Oversee creation and management of promotional collateral, ensuring consistency across all external and internal communications.
● Handle media relationships, PR, and agency collaborations.
● Develop best practices, define, and track KPIs to manage marketing success.
● Ensure ROI through effective budget planning, financial acumen, and resource allocation.
● Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
● Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.
● Drive marketing automation to optimize the consumer journey and improve engagement.
● Track and report on brand health metrics such as awareness, recall, and customer sentiment.
● Responsible for key growth metrics including lead generation, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
● Oversee end-to-end project management for all campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Required Skills:
● 7–9 years’ experience in Brand Management and Consumer Marketing with a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans.
● Strong understanding of promotion and media planning across digital and traditional mediums.
● Expertise in creative and production processes for both digital (incl. video/audio) and traditional materials.
● Hands-on experience in managing content, media, PR, and campaign calendars.
● Experience in leveraging digital platforms across display, social, mobile, and online channels.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
