Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical work. The candidate should have practical knowledge of installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cable tray fabrication and installation
- Carry out cable laying, dressing, and routing
- Install and maintain MCC (Motor Control Center) panels
- Work with PLC panels, including installation and basic troubleshooting
- Execute junction box (JB) installation and wiring
- Perform panel glanding and cable termination
- Ensure proper earthing and grounding systems
- Assist in instrument installation and calibration support
- Conduct electrical installation testing and commissioning
- Follow safety standards and electrical codes at all times
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Hands-on experience with tools and testing equipment
- Basic understanding of PLC systems is preferred
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in industrial, plant, or project-based environments
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
