Strict Bond (Must Stay) Policy
- Neometrix Defence Limited wants its engineers to stay for long time in the company as projects are of long gestation.
- Company requires engineers to work with the company for MINIMUM 3 Years (Company wants them to work for long time, but minimum 3 years is a must). Company provides, good compensation, a minimum 15% annual raise during the 3 years Bond Period. This policy is non-negotiable.
- Company trains its engineers, puts them on critical projects and lets them grow very fast.
