Kondaas Automation Private Limited is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Solar Sales Executive to manage residential and commercial solar sales opportunities in the Tiruppur region. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Electrical or Electronics, be capable of conducting solar site surveys, preparing suitable solar solutions, converting site visits into successful sales, and collecting advance payments from customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site surveys for residential and commercial solar projects.
- Assess customer requirements and evaluate site feasibility for solar installation.
- Explain technical and commercial aspects of solar solutions to customers.
- Prepare and present suitable solar proposals based on site survey findings.
- Convert site survey leads into confirmed sales orders.
- Collect advance payments from customers after successful sales closure.
- Coordinate with the design, documentation, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Travel across the Tiruppur region for customer meetings and site visits.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- 1–3 years of experience in solar sales, electrical sales, or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and basic electrical concepts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to independently conduct site surveys and close sales.
Mandatory Requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Local candidates from the Tiruppur region are preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales and site surveys.
